Warranty Coverage
Every Dominator door and opener we install is backed by Dominator's industry-leading warranty programme. As your authorised Dominator dealer, we're able to offer you the full warranty range — including the exclusive 10 Year Total Confidence Warranty when you purchase a qualifying door and opener package together.
Our custom timber and cedar doors are crafted locally and carry a separate manufacturer's warranty — they are not B&D products. Please speak with us for specific warranty terms. Note: the hardware and motors installed with these doors are Dominator products and are covered by the standard Dominator warranty above.
Warranty Conditions
- Warranty is valid only when registered online after installation
- Door and opener must be serviced within the first 12 months of installation
- Ongoing servicing required every 2 years by an Authorised Dominator Dealer
- Owner's Manual maintenance guidelines must be followed
- Applies to products supplied and installed by an Authorised Dealer
Note: Scheduled servicing required under warranty terms is at the customer's cost and is not included with the door.
